The layout was really simple and the signs helped a lot, we didn’t get turned around once. That part was great. I just wish the staff had acknowledged the issue we ran into and offered an apology, because that would’ve made the experience feel a lot better.

We had a really nice time at the aquarium. It was super easy to get to in the Flats, and I liked that it didn’t feel like a stressful outing to plan. The exhibits were fun to walk through, especially the underwater tunnel area where you can see the sharks and fish swimming right over you.
Afterward, we walked around by the water for a bit and grabbed food nearby, which made the whole day feel easy and relaxed. Downtown Cleveland is so close too, so it’s a great spot if you want to make a simple afternoon out of it. I’d definitely go back, especially with kids.

Some of the info signs were helpful. Nice. But a few looked outdated and could use a refresh. Meh

We stopped by last weekend, and I was impressed with how clean everything was. The tanks were clear, the floors were tidy, and even the bathrooms were in good shape, which is always a good sign. It just makes sense that a place like this should be well maintained, and you can tell they stay on top of it. Made the whole visit feel a lot more relaxed with the kids...

We spent about two hours here, it was perfect. The aquarium wasn’t overwhelming, but it also didn’t feel too short or like we were rushing through. The kids had plenty of time to stop and really look at the tanks, and we still moved along easily. It’s a great little spot for a simple, enjoyable aquarium day, especially if you want something fun without making it a huge outing

The staff was super nice and really knew their stuff about the fish and exhibits. They took the time to answer all of my kids questions and never made us feel rushed. It made the whole visit a lot more enjoyable.

The ramps were, like, really helpful, and the stroller got around fine for the most part. There were maybe a couple spots that were a little awkward, but overall it was manageable.

We went to the Greater Cleveland Aquarium on a Saturday and I was expecting it to be way more crowded. We already had tickets, so getting in only took about 5 minutes. The only spot that felt a little tight was around the shark tunnel, but everyone kept moving, so it wasn’t a big deal. Weird thing I remember is a kid near us kept pointing at a fish and calling it “Steve” like they were old friends. Overall, it was a really easy visit and we never felt rushed.

We went to the Greater Cleveland Aquarium last weekend and, uh, got way more good pictures than I expected. The shark tunnel was definitely my favorite, even just using my phone, the photos turned out really cool. There were also a bunch of nice spots for family pics, especially around the colorful fish tanks. It was easy to wander around and stop for photos without feeling like we were in the way or being rushed. Super fun visit overall

The place was clean and some of the tanks were cool, especially the bigger ones with all the fish. I just thought there would be more to see for what we paid. We ended up getting through it faster than I expected, like it was kind of over before that part really picked up. Still a nice spot to check out if you’re already in Cleveland, but I don’t think I’d be in a hurry to go back anytime soon.

It was an okay visit overall. A few of the tanks had really active fish, and the shark area was probably the coolest part. But a lot of the animals were either hiding or barely moving, so it felt kind of slow. Maybe we just came at a bad time. I also wish there were clearer signs or directions on what to do next as you move through the place, because at times we weren’t really sure where to go or what we might be missing. Still nice for a quick trip, but for the price, I expected a bit more going on.

We had a private party here and the kids had a great time. The place was fun and they stayed busy the whole time. The setup was a little slow though, and at this point I’m kind of worn out from having to keep checking on things at events. It all worked out in the end, but it would’ve been nice if that part had gone a bit smoother

I mainly went for the aquarium, but the building ended up being one of my favorite parts. As someone who’s always loved old brick buildings and places with a little history, I really appreciated that it still had that classic Cleveland industrial vibe.
It didn’t feel like a generic modern attraction, which made walking through it way more memorable. The tanks were great, and the whole place had a relaxed, unique feel to it. Definitely a 5-star visit for me.

We took the kids here on a rainy afternoon, and they had such a good time, especially at the touch tank. The staff was right there helping them touch the stingrays the right way, but they weren’t pushy at all, which I really appreciated. My youngest loved it so much she went back twice, twice! It ended up being a really fun little stop for all of us

We got the annual passes this year, they’ve been kinda worth it for our family. My kids are happy going even if we only stay for an hour, so it’s nice not feeling like we have to cram everything into one visit.
Check-in has been easy every time, and the staff has always been friendly. It’s just a fun little place to go on rainy days or when we need something simple to do for a bit

Parking was so easy. Right by the aquarium. Cheap too. I thought downtown would be a hassle, but nope. Quick in, quick out. Made the whole visit feel way less stressful.

Stopped by with the kids and they absolutely loved the shop. they were so entertained I started wondering what kind of secret kid-attracting formula they’ve got going on in there. The bathrooms were also really clean, almost too clean, like someone knew we were coming. Overall, a great little stop and we’d definitely go back

We took our kids to the Greater Cleveland Aquarium and had a nice time overall. It was easy to get around, not too overwhelming, and the kids stayed interested for most of the visit. The touch tank was definitely the highlight for them, and there was enough to see that the little ones didn’t get bored right away. The staff we talked to were friendly too, which helped. That said, a couple things felt a little off, and it did make me trust the experience a bit less than I expected. Some areas didn’t feel as well-kept or clearly explained as I would’ve hoped, especially for the price. I’d probably still go back for a family day, but with slightly lower expectations next time.

Booking the tickets online was straightforward and it all worked out fine for us. The reservation part was a little slow, though maybe I was just impatient because I kept checking if it had gone through. Anyway, no real issues in the end...

Like, it was just really cool overall. I mean, I wasn’t really expecting much, but yeah, it ended up being a great experience.
